The rules for using Carriera, whether you are looking for work or posting a role.
Who we are
Carriera is a job board run by Carriera S.r.l., Via Tortona 31, 20144 Milan, Italy. By using the site, signing up for alerts or posting a listing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Looking for work
You can browse every listing and apply without an account. When you click apply, you leave Carriera and go to the team that posted the role. What happens next is between you and them. We do not see your application and we do not take a fee from you, now or later.
Posting a listing
When you post a role, you confirm that:
The job is real, open and yours to fill
The salary range is what you are willing to pay for the level described
The workplace label, remote, hybrid or on-site, is true
You will reply to applicants within the time you picked
A person reviews every listing before it goes live. We can send it back, edit the workplace label or decline it if it breaks these rules. If a team keeps missing its reply time, we can stop accepting its listings.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown without VAT, which we add at checkout. A listing that has not gone live yet can be refunded in full. Once it is live, it is not refundable, but you can edit it at any time. Packs of five last twelve months from the day you buy them.
What you can not do
You may not scrape listings in bulk, post roles for other companies without their consent, collect applicant details through Carriera, or use the site to send unsolicited messages.
Our content
The salary guide, the copy and the design of Carriera belong to us. You are welcome to quote numbers from the salary guide with a link back to it.
Liability
We check every listing with care, but we can not promise that a team will hire, reply or behave well. We are not responsible for decisions made by the teams who post here. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Italian or EU consumer law.
Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top and tell teams with live listings by email at least fourteen days before the change applies.
