Astrid ran recruiting for a design studio in Oslo for five years, which is how she learned that most listings answer the wrong questions.
She joined Carriera in 2021 to open the Nordic board. Today she reads every listing from Norway, Sweden and Denmark, and sends back the ones that leave out who the hire works with.
She also answers the messages from people looking for work, so her articles start from the questions she gets every week.
